RMA Process

We have a strict policy for handling RMAs

We have never let our customers down.

You will have access to our RMA managers, who will be on hand to deal with any questions you may have or in the event of defects.

Our process is very simple so that you can easily manage your RMA.

Our aim is to act efficiently so that you can avoid wasting time on this tedious process.

 

 

The first step to having an efficient process is not to have so many RMAs to deal with.

RMA Guide

CN can be used as exchange or application on next order. This should be discussed individually

RMA declaration

Submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) at rma@cykero.eu. This includes providing information about the product, the reason for the return and the desired solution through our RMA form.

RMA Pre Approval

Based on the Sales Order conditions, our experts approve or reject the request. If approved, Cykero will issue an RMA number.

Reception of the goods

Send back the products to Cykero, after getting the pre approval. If no tracking number has been issued within 5 working days after the pre approval, the RMA will be closed.

RMA Final Approval

After the declared defects have been verified, our RMA experts will provide a final answer on the approval of the RMA.

Exchange / Repair

Our technicians will repair your products. If its not possible to repair or exchange within 10 days after reception, we will issue you a credit note.
